Since 1990 Richard has been an independent consultant in San Francisco and founded The Missing Link International Consulting Corporation. He is a registered consultant to UNDP, UNIDO, the European Commission, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the Asian Development Bank. He has held lectures at the University of California Berkeley, the Stanford University, the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, the Monterey Institute for International Studies, the Moscow State University, the Academies of Sciences in Russia, Armenia and Azerbaijan and other institutions. Over the last years Richard has become increasingly involved in Sustainable Industrial Development Projects in a wide range of countries, working for different UN Organizations in Eastern Europe, the Caucasus, Central Asia, the Middle East and Africa. Richard has a Ph.D. in Chemistry and is fluent in English, French, German, Italian, Polish, Russian, and Serbo-Croatian. richard@themissinglinkconsulting.com
